CreaGen Inc. operates a cutting-edge 22,000 sq ft research facility situated in Woburn, MA, a key center for life sciences just a short 15-minute drive from Cambridge. Our advanced lab houses 15 chemical and 5 bio-safety hoods, along with state-of-the-art automated systems for parallel synthesis and mass-directed auto purification. These systems facilitate High Throughput Synthesis (HTS) and High Throughput Purification (HTP), accelerating the creation of small molecule libraries. With a 20-year track record in medicinal chemistry and drug discovery, our scientific team has broad expertise in both synthetic and medicinal chemistry. The laboratory is fully equipped to perform a wide range of activities including organic synthesis, medicinal chemistry, lead optimization, biology, and cell culture experiments. This encompasses lead generation and optimization, structure-based drug design, and the complex synthesis of molecules such as nucleosides, nucleotides, and peptides. Our automated lab features high-throughput capabilities and analytical instruments like LCMS, mass-directed purification systems, and NMR, as well as a biochemistry lab outfitted for cell culture—making all these resources immediately available for the project at hand.
